We’re excited to share that a new pre-built Maestro workflow template is now available to help UK businesses meet their Right to Work check obligations.

By law, every employer across the UK and Northern Ireland must complete these checks. Depending on the candidate’s citizenship and documents, they can often be done digitally.

This new template, powered by Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform, makes it easier to:

• ✅ Digitally verify UK & Irish passports (and Irish passport cards) via Onfido, a certified digital verification service
• ✅ Capture and validate Home Office Share Codes for non-UK/non-Irish candidates
• ✅ Securely store verification results with a full audit trail to support compliance

The result: less manual admin, fewer errors, and a faster, smoother onboarding experience for new hires.
