Unfortunately, won’t be able to attend Momentum25 as not in New York, but I’m excited to stay engaged with the community!

We hope to strengthen our collaboration with Support, Product, and the Partner teams. Often, when Support identifies an issue as a Product matter, we can provide insights and submit ideas—in the current landscape where ideas are limited, having regular engagement opportunities with the Product team would be incredibly valuable.

We work with many customers who have urgent feature requests, and we hope the Product team can truly understand and prioritize these needs.

As a Partner, we also appreciate the Partner team advocating for outstanding partner teams by connecting us more closely with Support and Product. Stronger collaboration benefits everyone.
