Employee starter form looking unprofessional

I have just moved across to Docusign from Adobesign and was hopeful that I’d be able to set up forms which look professional but I’m struggling.

For example, I attempted to to set the HMRC new starter checklist as  template (a form I wanted to ‘convert’ into being fillable and signable online) which goes out with every offer pack.  I can't get the fillable ‘fields’ when setting it up as a template to match in size etc.

Has anyone had these issues or being new to this, am I missing something?

I apologize for the delayed response, but I would be more than glad to assist you regarding your concern about the document fields.

When adding fields on a document, a menu will appear on the right to adjust the font style and size so that it would fit better on the space provided.

Currently we do not have an automated option to do this, so you would have to manually change this every time you add a new field. 

You can copy and paste a field as well instead of dragging a new field on the document to avoid having to edit these settings every time.

Once you have figured out the exact size and style that would fit your document, you can change the default font for your account under the Sending Settings.
