I’m not expecting any documents for my signature, but I just got an email that looks like it’s from DocuSign from dse_na2@bex.net   Is this legit?

@HeidiR.

When receiving a DocuSign envelope, the official emails typically come from the following DocuSign domains to ensure authenticity:

@docusign.net - This is the primary domain from which official DocuSign emails are sent.

Even if it is a custom domain it would be something like @custom.docusign.com

You always should have the option to open the envelope if it is from a legit source by looking in the body of the email the alternative method to open an envelope. Use a Security Code to access Docusign documents

If it not available, it is probably fraudulent.

If you ever doubt the authenticity of an email, you can forward it to spam@docusign.com for verification.

I suggest you move your mouse on the “REVIEW DOCUMENT” and not click, it will show a link with this button, the domain should like demo.docusign.net/eu.docusign.net and other *.docusign.net.

I am receiving suspicious emails from dse_NA3@docusign.net.  When I log into my Docusign account, there is nothing for me to review and sign. I never click on a link in a Docusign email unless I am expecting something. This isn’t the first time that a suspicious email has arrived from Docusign - last week there was one which claimed to have a document from Intuit for me to sign.   How do I know when I’m getting a legitimate email from Docusign?
