not receivinjg email notifying me that envelope is complete

for some reason docusign is no longer emailing me notice when someone completes an envelope.  How do I turn this feature back on?

Hi.  You can check your preferences and confirm you have not turned of your email notifications.    You might also want to check your spam folder.
