弊社もアクセスできておりません。
アクセスできても通常通りの操作ができない事例も社内で報告されております。
期末ということも対外的な契約が集中する時期のため、ドキュサイン様には早期解決、原因報告を希望します

ログインできるようになりました。ログイン後の操作も問題ないように見えます。徐々に回復するかと思われます。
私のアカウントも復旧したようで問題なく操作できそうです。ただアカウントによって解消の時間差があるのか継続している模様です。
