We recently discovered that we could receive completed envelopes directly into our inbox, which is helpful given we issue over 500 documents through Docusign each month. Viewing, downloading, and uploading each document to our HRIS system is time-consuming.
It would be highly beneficial to have both the completed document and the summary page merged into one file and automatically sent to the sender’s email. Currently, these are attached as two separate documents, which requires manual downloading.
Combining them into a single email attachment would save our HR Team significant time, allowing us to simply drag and drop the files into the relevant HRIS attachments.
