Need audit reports for the following information:

  1. to view who has access to each Shared Folder (what folders each user/user group has access to)
  2. consolidated report to view who has shared access to other users’ envelopes
  3. who has access to what templates (what templates each user/user group has access to)
  4. Sent envelopes and their sent by methods (i.e., bulk send, mobile, api, etc.) Or a high level on the account where we can see what send by methods are mostly used
  5. Identify bulk send envelopes and their status/who sent it/ date sent/ recipient etc.

Overall these are useful for security audits performed internally to ensure access is restricted appropriately and to inform us how we are utilizing the tool.

Thanks so much for sharing your idea, @MarielM, we really appreciate you taking the time to send this in!

Request 1& 2: There’s already an existing Idea related to these, and it’s currently under review 👉 A report for monitoring the usage of Shared Access | Community

Request 3: The template report can’t show which users or groups have access to each template. However, it can help you identify the template creator/owner, which may be useful for you 👉 Template Report

Request 4: At this time, there’s no report available that can pull the data requested here.

Request 5: This isn’t available in standard reporting yet, but here are a couple of helpful workarounds:

  • Envelope Reporting:
Filter by the same subject line used during the bulk send or by the date it was sent. This helps narrow the list down to the envelopes sent in bulk.

  • Bulk Send CSV Export:
You can export a CSV for each bulk send batch by going to: Agreements → Bulk Send → Select the Batch → Export CSV

Since these specific requests aren’t on our current roadmap, we’ve marked the Idea as parked for now.

Although the request is not planned at the moment, we value your input, as it helps inform future enhancements should priorities change.
