Could we have a report for admins to monitoring usage of the Shared Access for all users? This ideally should include: who's been sharing with whom, their permission level (Allow to manage/edit/send) and the duration of sharing.

Currently we would need go into users one by one to view if they have any Shared Access set. And it’s just not possible to do if you have hundreds of DocuSign users.

Thanks.

Agree.  I have AR-3184 from 6/23/23 open with DocuSign with this same request.

Has any movement to prioritize this onto the roadmap been made?

This is also requested by our Admins.  It would be a huge help to see a report to help with user onboarding, offboarding, or firm-wide org structure changed.

Right now we would have to go user-by-user and record their settings.

Then review that data.

Then document the changes we need.
