My company uses UKG for our HRMS. We have UKG’s Document Manager module. Through Document Manager we have our Docusign account connected. We are trying to send a pdf to an employee through Document Manager that then goes to Docusign for signature. That process works. the issue I am experiencing is that when doing that, the employee is required to place the fields into the form themselves. I would prefer that once they open the form in docusign the signature and date field are already mapped to the bottom of the form. We tried using a tag, but that didn’t appear to work. I read something about anchors, but am not clear on how those can be created in docusign and if that would work. thank you in advance for any info you can provide.
