I am creating a form that needs signature from a pdf file. Tis is for someone else.

I want to send that form to them so they can sebd it for signature.

I cannot work out how to do that.

I have google and used co-pilot but am getting steps that are not available to me

I am the administrator of a eSignature Business Pro

The best option would be to create a DocuSign eSignature template and share it with the person in your company who should send it for signature. That person would only need to provide the recipient’s name and email address.

Another option is to create an envelope to be signed and add the intended person with the Specify Recipient role before the actual signer. It’s important to enable routing order and set the “Specify Recipient” role to 1 and the “Needs to Sign” role to 2 to configure this correctly.
