When adding the ID Verification on an envelope I am not receiving an actual copy of the ID the client has uploaded. I’m only receiving notice that they “Passed” the verification

I’m sorry to hear that the ID is not being stored for your access, I understand you need he signer’s ID to be shown.

 

The images of the ID are only stored in our system if your configuration in your ID Verification workflow includes the "Front of ID" and/or "Back of ID". That is not enabled in our default workflows so you will need to create a custom workflow for this. You can achieve this by having an Admin follow the steps in the following documentation on how to setup your own configuration. Please not that this will only apply to envelopes moving forward and not retroactively: Add Identity Verification Configurations
