Template PDFs - Anchor unavailable

Hi all, I have pdf templates to create each month. Every PDF follows the same format, but has different data. I want to create a template in Docusign, so that I can upload the latest month’s pdfs, and get them signed by the same people. This would avoid having to add signature tabs for every pdf for every month. How would I do this - ideally I’d create an anchor signature blocks in the template. However, I have no options to add such anchor signatures while I’m editing my template. Any ideas on how I can achieve this? I can add IDR areas but can do literally nothing else. I feel like I may be missing some functionality - or should I really be doing this within Docusign’s API.

Synchronization Problem

Perhaps someone can help me with our synchronization problem. When a client of ours fills out 4 forms for 4 different companies, the (required) box synchronizes itself to one person, making it impossible to send the form to multiple people in one envelope. In summary: the forms always synchronize; therefore, the same information appears on all forms. How can we avoid this problem? Thank you for your assistance.

Set Signing Order Default

DocuSign automatically defaults to set signing order and I would prefer to not have it automatically default. Is there a way to do this?

Can a Retailer Fake a DocuSign Signed Contract?

I encountered an issue with an ADT sales contract. I know there was a problem with the original attempt to send me contracts because they only allowed one person (my deceased husband) as account owner. I now see a “signed” DocuSign contract with my name as the signer. I do not believe I ever signed this contract. How simple or easy is it for a retailer to sign a contract on someone else’s behalf? How does DocuSign ensure that signers are real?

Fall Legal Conferences - Who's going where?

Hey legal friends! Summer is almost over somehow and fall legal conference season is just around the corner. I’m trying to figure out what I want to attend knowing there are way more conferences than I can attend. So far, I’m looking at: Running Legal Like a Business (LegalOps.com) - September 3-6 in Las Vegas Summit by the Sea (Legal Operators) - September 25-27 in San Diego- Definitely attending this one! Hello friends! 🖐 I'm Lindsay Rothfeld, one of the Docusign Community Team leads. I had the pleasure of attending the CLOC Global Institute (CGI) earlier this month where we officially kicked things off with this group of fantastic Legal Industry leaders! I was able to meet many of you there, and am excited to meet so many more members of this growing community. CGI was a fantastic mix of experts sharing insights on global legal trends and practices. The energy around community building in Legal Ops was incredible! It's clear that sharing knowledge and best practices makes us all stronger. Here are some highlights from the conference: 🏞Community Hike! 38 people, Docusign team members and CLOC attendees, took an early (6:30AM!) excursion/hike to begin making connections within the community.
