Clarification on Escalation Process for Partner Support Cases

I recently reviewed the DocuSign Support Reference Guide for Partners , which states: 5.0 Contact the DocuSign Partner Program Team For the fastest assistance, please log into the Partner Portal and open a Support Case using the option “Support > Partner Program Support” from the upper menu bar. However, I couldn’t find any details about the SLA for Partner Program Support cases in this guide. From the Support Manager’s presentation, I noticed that cases can be escalated via the CSM, Account Team, or Partner Manager. In some situations where escalation conditions are met, we have reached out to some Support Manager, and they suggested: We recommend escalating via the Partner Support team if the case is outside of the first response SLA (please refer to the guide for SLA times). Given this guidance, I would like to clarify: If we need to escalate a Partner Support case, should we do this by submitting a Partner Program Support case through the Partner Portal? Unable to Access Partner Program Guides – Viewing Limit Reached

I am experiencing an issue accessing the DocuSign Partner Program Guides, including: Docusign Tiered Partner Program Guide Reseller Guides (Resell Core Program Guide & Referral Benefits Guide) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Embed Guide When trying to access these documents, I receive the following error message: Unable to process request. The viewing limit for the content delivery has been reached. To protect your organization from excessive usage and "denial of service" attacks, we limit the number of content delivery views allowed in a 24-hour period. Try viewing the content again later. I am accessing these normally, and my viewing frequency is very low (just a few times), so I don’t understand why I would be hitting a viewing limit for the entire day. Inquiry About Project Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Process for SI Partners

We recently had a customer ask if there is an external evaluation system where they could rate our System Integration Consultant services. They were eager to provide a top-score review based on their experience working with us. This reminded me of the Project Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metric outlined in the FY26 DocuSign Tiered Partner Program Guide for SI Partners. However, I couldn’t find details on whether there is an online form or an automated process where customers can conveniently submit feedback. I believe that if there’s an easy way for customers to submit reviews, they would be happy to participate. Not only does this help partners track customer satisfaction, but it also serves as a valuable reference for future customers evaluating DocuSign SI Partners. Does DocuSign provide a formal process or a link where customers can directly submit their CSAT ratings for projects? If not, what would be the best practice for collecting and reporting these scores? Would love to hear

Request for More Frequent Updates to Support Case Trends Data in DocuSign Support Reference Guide for Partners

I recently reviewed the DocuSign Support Reference Guide for Partners , and I found the section on Top 10 Support Issues extremely valuable. This data helps us, as DocuSign Partners, better understand common challenges customers face and improve our support and integration services accordingly. However, I noticed that the case volume data is from 2019, and now in 2025, many new products and features have been introduced, while customer needs have also evolved. Given the rapid development of DocuSign solutions, it would be beneficial for both partners and customers if this data were updated more frequently—perhaps on a quarterly or semi-annual basis. Having access to the latest support trends would help us: Identify shifting customer pain points and proactively address them. Ensure partners and customers stay aligned with new product developments. Improve the overall support experience by providing more data-driven insights. Would it be possible to introduce a more frequent update cycle

Issue with Accessing the Keynote Focus Group Event Registration

I was invited by a VP to participate in the Keynote Focus Group, and I followed the instructions to complete the registration form. Shortly after, I received the event confirmation and the meeting link. Today, when I saw the calendar reminder and tried to join, I was prompted to log in with a password. Since I hadn’t received one, I had to reset my password before logging in successfully. However, upon logging in, I encountered the following error message: “Please fix the following errors: You cannot log in because you do not have a confirmed registration for this event.” Nowhere in the registration process was I informed that additional confirmation was required. I also never received any email indicating that I needed to confirm my participation after receiving the event link. Shouldn’t confirmation come first before the meeting link is sent out? Additionally, the login process itself was not user-friendly. It would be much more seamless if the event registration system integrated wi

I just encountered an issue while replying to a Community thread—after spending time carefully drafting my response on my phone, I got a “Something’s gone wrong” error, and everything was lost. Since work keeps me busy, I often rely on fragmented time to engage in the Community via mobile. Losing a well-thought-out response can be frustrating and discouraging. It would be great to have an auto-save feature to prevent this issue and maintain engagement. Additionally, allowing users to set reply templates or save commonly used responses could enhance the mobile experience. I’d also suggest that admins try using the Community platform on mobile to better understand the user experience. Hope these suggestions help improve mobile usability—thank you! If you need to reset your password for the Docusign Partner Portal, follow these steps: Visit the Docusign Partner Portal Click Log in Select Forgot Password Enter your username Click Send Password Reset Email If you don’t receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, your email provider, firewall, or email client (such as MS Outlook) may be blocking Docusign notifications. To ensure delivery, refer to the help article “Why am I not getting Docusign email notifications?” for a list of email addresses to add to your Safe Senders list. Hi Partners, Did you know Partner Admins can create and manage Partner Portal users directly? This feature allows you to: Quickly onboard new team members. Ensure everyone has access to essential resources. Maintain full control over your team’s portal access. Here’s how to create a new user: Log in to the Docusign Partner Portal. Navigate to Support and select Manage Portal Users. Click Create New User. Complete the user details. Select the Persona and Profile Type for the user. Refer to the image below for definitions of the Partner Personas. Click Finish to finalize the process. Docusign is committed to maintaining exceptional levels of security and operability across all of its products and integrations. In keeping with this commitment, we will begin the migration of selected Embedded view API methods in line with our August 2024 Release. This change is particularly important for our ISVs, as they address security issues when the API user differs from the application user. ISVs need to start planning to use the new API in new applications entering production later this year. Docusign will maintain backward compatibility for a limited time. What is the impact on our ISVs? ISVs using the following eSignature REST API methods as part of their integrations will be impacted: Embedded Sender Embedded Edit Embedded Correct Embedded Template Edit View The CreateRecipient view, which is used for embedded signing, is not affected.
