Hi @Bristi,
Thanks for posting your question!
I understand you're looking for the ability to automatically personalize file names when using bulk send. Currently, this specific feature is not available, we apologize. We know this might be a limitation for your needs, and we encourage you to consider submitting this as a suggestion on our Ideas board 👉 Submit a feature request. That’s where ideas from Docusign users like you can submit ideas to improve Docusign’s features, and where you can also vote on ideas from other members.
I found a similar request where you can show your support by voting and adding a comment to expand the request: Custom File Naming Format for Downloaded Documents | Community
However, you may consider this potential workaround using the email subject line:
First, customize the email subject and title for each envelope generated. Add merge fields and envelope custom fields (ECF) to include recipient data in the email subject.
Example: Use the recipient role and merge fields to automatically insert the recipient's name or other details into the message subject.
Here are the articles:

Custom Fields for Envelopes
When downloading the completed envelope as a single file (Combine all PDFs into a single file), the filename of the PDF will match the envelope's email subject. However, if you download the envelope as separate PDFs (through a .ZIP file), the filename will default to the original PDF name, which cannot be automatically modified.
I hope this is helpful. Let us know if you have questions or if anything comes up. We're here for you!
