Agreement Hierarchies: Link to unsigned supporting documents

Any documents inside the completed tab can be associated with the Hierarchy, so if you bring them into Navigator/Completed tab, they can be associated. However, documents outside of Navigator currently can't be linked to a Hierarchy. Here are some helpful articles:
