is there a way to edit document after completed? some boxes or fields tht were placed aremoved into permanent words and/or lines and cannot be deciphered can i fix that?

Once a document is completed it cannot be altered.
I'm not sure how the fields were changed - perhaps the envelope permitted signers to use document markup? https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-document-markup Or maybe the fields were set up as collaborative fields? https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-collaborative-fields
