By now, you’ve probably heard that Docusign rolled out a powerful set of new Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) capabilities in 2025 Release 1. 

This release was BIG, so the Community hosted an event with Docusign product managers to break down what’s new.

The panelists took attendees behind the scenes of the latest AI-assisted features to unpack how to start using the new capabilities in your work. 

The session walked through everything from integrated tools to prepare agreements, to pre-built workflow templates, smarter contract intake, streamlined task management, and more.

✍️ AI-assisted review: Speed up deals.

Many of you in the Community have grumbled about how contract reviews can be slow, manual, and messy.

So we wanted to introduce you all to AI-assisted review in Docusign CLM to help you spend less time reviewing contracts and more time getting them done. 

In a live session, Docusign Lead Product Manager Yiting Zheng broke down how to actually start using the feature.

It’s really frustrating to me to have to answer security questions that are triggering. I have PTSD from a previous marriage and the security questions for me to open docu sign to sign a document sent from a company is disturbing because the questions are always about my previous marriage and the family members. How can docu sign delete that from our account? I have re married since and there's other things about me that can verify my identity other than my previous marriage. Companies that send me a document to sign should not have to be subjected to only certain questions. Please remove those questions and find other questions to verify me in order to sign documents through Docu sign. Also, it’s not customer friendly because in order for me to speak to some one about this to get a call or a live agent I have to pay for that.  There's no number or email. Very frustrating, disturbing, hindering and discouraging. I do not want to use Docu sign because of this. I have a case about this from 2022 and its still not resolved. Please someone contact me about this.
