This is an incredibly exciting update—Agreement Desk looks like exactly what many customers have been waiting for.

 

In recent conversations with several clients, we’ve seen a strong and growing demand to solve challenges in the pre-signature phase of agreements—particularly during contract drafting and negotiation.

 

One finance director shared a vivid example:

Their team had a project involving seven suppliers, and for each supplier, they created a separate group chat with around 10+ internal stakeholders—including finance, legal, commercial, compliance, and both local and HQ legal teams for cross-border deals.

 

The process was fragmented and hard to track. There was no centralized workspace to coordinate internal reviews, comments, or decisions. When the agreement came up for renewal the following year, new team members had no visibility into why specific terms were negotiated a certain way. What’s more, the entire contract process for that project has already taken over a month and still hasn’t been completed.

 

For the customer, efficiency isn’t just a convenience—it’s a core competitive advantage.
