Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and providing the screenshot of the error you encountered while using the Python quick start app to create an account with your developer credentials.

The message indicates that your developer organization, within our platform, hasn't been fully set up with a necessary service plan or subscription tier. Even for developer accounts or free tiers, a plan often needs to be explicitly associated with the organization before resources like new accounts can be created.

To resolve this, please try the following:

  1. Check your Organization/Account Settings: Log in to your developer portal for our service. Look for sections related to "Billing," "Subscription," "Plans," or "Organization Settings." There might be a pending action to select or activate a default or developer plan.
  2. Review Quickstart Documentation: Double-check the Python quickstart app's documentation for any prerequisite steps related to account setup or plan association for your developer organization.

If you've checked these areas and the issue persists, it's likely a specific configuration setting within your developer organization that needs adjustment. In this case, the best course of action is to create a support case directly with our Account Services team.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
