The form fields in my pdf document disappear after I send the envelope. Does anyone know how to fix this? The fields are included in all previous documents sent

When you "upload" a PDF file with form fields there is typically a prompt that appears that asks whether you want to Assign, Keep, or Delete form data. This prompt happens with each new envelope if using a fillable PDF therefore its possible one choice was selected previously and then you chose a different option the last time.


THe prompt just tells me there are form fields… it doesn’t give me any choices.  And one file opened witth all the completed fields but 2 did not?  How do I find the Assign, Keep etc options?
