Duplicate link in Powerform

When my PowerForm is accessed through the URL, a message comes up that indicates they need to click a link. The link isn’t clickable and they have already gone to that URL to get to that point. Anyone know how I can get rid of that notation?

I understand how confusing and frustrating it can be for your signers to see a message prompting them to click a link that isn’t clickable- mainly when they’ve already accessed the PowerForm correctly. I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this causes, and I appreciate that you've brought this to our attention.
I would like to confirm if this is the first time it has happened and if you attempted to create another PowerForm, only to experience the same issue.

After the first time it happened, I attempted to create a new PowerForm and that seemed to work, however, I later noticed that the link was back after subsequent tests.

It’s been determined that the issue is occurring after updating the sender on the Powerform. DocuSign support was able to recreate and is looking into it further.
