Hello,

How do I quit the application ? I don’t need to sign official documents with a certified signature. I just needed it once. I don’t want to have to pay for one signature after 30 days. 

Where is unsubsribe on the web site ?

Hi @Aneno !

 

Administrators can close their Docusign accounts. If you want to keep your documents, consider downgrading to a free account. Be sure to download your Docusign documents beforehand because they will not be accessible after closing your account.

Please access and follow this article instructions to downgrade or close your account plan: Cancel your subscription or close your Docusign account
