Is it possible to export the results of a bulk send? In this case we would like to export into a CSV containing the name/email of each recipient, the status of their envelope, the answer to the yes/no question in the form, and if applicable the date and time of their signing.

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!
I understand you are looking to export information from your Bulk Send into a CSV file.
If you go to Agreements > Bulk send > and then select the name of the batch, you should be able to select the envelopes of that batch and on the three dots you can find the option to ‘Export to CSV’:
Please note that information entered in the envelope might not be viewed in the Exported CSV as it only contains envelope data. To get the envelope data you would either need to go one-by-one or purchase our add-on Retrieve which is only available for Direct Plans: Retrieve FAQ

I understand you are looking to export information from your Bulk Send into a CSV file.
