Sharing Envelopes Based on the Template

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

Hi,

I have a template, and if that template is used, I’d like to automatically share the resulting envelope with a group of user.

Is this possible and, if so, how?

Thanks.

Regards,

Oliver

@Oliver.Kinne-Aslett I see a couple of options.

  1. Send the envelope to a specific User via a “Receives a Copy” and then have your Admin setup Shared Envelopes between User A and the other Users.  Shared envelopes allow all envelopes to be seen and not just specific envelopes so there are security concerns if User A has other envelopes that they may not want to share.
  2. Use a shared email inbox and send the envelope to that shared inbox.  You can setup a DocuSign user that has that shared inbox and then share other DocuSign Users to that inbox as well as setting up Shared Envelopes with this new User.
  3. Add all the individuals as “Receives a Copy” at the end of the Recipient workflow for that Template. Basically all those Users will get the same copy of the envelope in their DocuSign Inbox once the envelope is complete.

Thanks @David.Schmitz,

Option 2 seems like the best solution for me.
