Unable to upload document - No "Start" Field

I have the DocuSign extension for both Chrome and Edge. However when I log into DocuSign, I do not have the field/prompt/"Start" button to upload a document. How do I fix this?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.  

I am sorry to hear that you don't have the option to start a new envelope, but I will gladly help you correct the issue as soon as possible.

The access to sending envelopes is managed by the account administrator through the user's permission profile.

Taking this into consideration, the account administrator will be in the best position to help you correct this behavior.

In case you might be the account administrator but are unable to send envelopes, this could be related to the account not owning a paid DocuSign plan.

You are welcome to confirm your current account setup in Settings>Plan and Billing.
