Is there a way to set up DocuSign so it automatically resends our quotes every 3rd day instead of every day?

We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand that you want set a new frequency for the reminders.

 

I am more than happy to provide you with the information, you can set Reminders at the account level, you will need to be an admin for this, Reminders can be enabled to automatically send follow-up emails to signers. You can specify the frequency and timing of these notifications, with the first reminder being sent before the request expires.

 

When creating an envelope or template, you can set advanced options by selecting "ADVANCED OPTIONS" from the add documents and recipients view. In the Advanced Options dialog, you can modify the default settings as needed and save them. These advanced options will be applied when you send your envelope or use the template. Set Advanced Options for an Envelope or Template, Note depending on the account configuration your account Admin might restrict this at an envelope level.

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
