How do I go back to the original version 5. Version 6 is not providing me with rooms created prior to 2022.

Hello everyone,

We understand your feedback and concerns regarding the discontinuation of the Rooms v5 and would like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.We made the difficult decision to sunset Rooms v5 in the interest of offering a new, enhanced transaction experience directly within eSign.

This new eSign embedded experience in the Transactions product offers additional functionality at no additional cost including licensed access to real estate association forms. We acknowledge that some features in Rooms are not available in Transactions.

When developing Transactions we prioritized building features based on current usage, and appreciate this may mean a feature you used in Rooms is no longer available in Transactions. We encourage you to provide >> feedback << to help us align and determine our roadmap priorities moving forward.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate this change and continue to evolve our solutions to meet your needs. Again, we apologize if this has caused any inconvenience, and look forward to your feedback as you begin using the new solution.

David....regarding "renaming" a document....In any Room, select a document and then click the three vertical dots next to the "view" button. One of those options is renaming. There are some other options there as well, but I don't anticipate using most of them.

UPDATE TO ALL MY FRIENDS

I have a posting on FB in LAB COAT AGENTS about this. There are a heck of a lot of folks that still have the rooms. Little do they know what is about to happen.

Docusign support closed my case!!! Since I refuse to follow the lame ignorant suggestions they made to clear cache and use a different browser to see if I can find the missing files!!!! I am so appalled!!! I will reach out to NAR and for now pray it all works out!!!

Well, I said I would report back today about my files. My tech let me know the code rolled out today, but, unfortunately, it did not help me. I'm still missing files. Perhaps this new code helped some of you. I assume they just keep trying to get my files into my Room. I'll let you know if I ever get them.
