Hi, The PDF I uploaded to DocuSign was clear, however when I sent the test email to see how our customers would view it was blurry. The small writing on the document was unreadable. Hope you can help. Thank you. Katie

Was the document scanned? Did the document look fine before sending it out, meaning, did the document not show blurry during the preparation screen?

The second screenshot shows the original document but when it’s loaded into an envelope it shows up hard to read as in the first picture.  I have tried using a different browser and it has not made a difference.

Unfortunately, I do not see a second screenshot, there is only one. Is this a PDF? Can you try printing the document to a new PDF?: How to resolve a document upload error by printing the document to a new PDF
