Disable App in eSign Production

Hi there.

I have recently promoted an App from the Development Environment to Production. The intention is to replace an existing, live App already there. I do not see an option to ‘disable’ or deactivate the current live App. Any suggestions on this ?

Hello ​@colmbyrne,

 

There is no option to delete an integration key in a Production Account or a Demo Integration Key that was promoted to Production. What you can do is removing the authentication parameters from this integration, and it will be disconnected, and you can use the new one in its place.
