We have rebranded and I have two accounts one with my new email and one with my old email. Is it possible to merge these please?

is it two accounts or two users? if it is two account and with enterprise edition, the envelopes can transfer from old account to new account when they join in the same DocuSign Org.

I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. The merging of the accounts is not possible. The only option would be as stated in the previous post.

You will need to create a Docusign Organization and then transfer the envelopes, after the transfer is completed you can close the account if needed, the one that the envelopes are from. Introduction to Docusign Organization Administration

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Well, I have a similar issue. When I sign documents as an individual, and not representing some firm, using diferent email accounts, I might loose the access to some if moving from one firm to another but being an individual, all documents that I signed should be combined under one personal account, so that I have the control over all documents that I personally as an individual have commited with.

So, how can I as an individual, transfer documents singned under diferent emails into the same “person/individual” account?

I understand that you would like to be able to access your accounts easily. However, no option in place would allow you to merge two users within eSignature. We understand that some of our users have multiple Docusign accounts, which could be for work or personal transactions. If your accounts reside on the same Docusign site server (e.g., NA1, NA2, EU) and have the same email and password combination, you can easily switch between them once you log in. You may follow the steps below.

  1. Select your profile image to show the account actions menu. The account listed below your photo is the current one in use.

  2. Select Switch Account.
  3. In the Select an Account dialog box, select the account to switch to.

    Docusign refreshes and loads the selected account. The new account selection displays at the top of the account actions menu.

But if your accounts use the same email address but exist on different Docusign sites, you can select which one to log in to.

After entering your email address on the Docusign login page, the Select a user page displays. Each user includes the account name and Docusign site to help you find the account you want to log in to. Select any user to continue to that account.

  • To switch to a different account, log out and log in again, selecting the new account.
