when requesting signature from quote - i get the below error
“An error occured while sending the document for signature. DocuSign returned the message. This user lacks sufficient permissions to access this resource”.

I’m sorry to hear that you are getting an error, I understand this error shows up when requesting a signature.
Would this be when requesting a signature through an integration? If so, can you provide the integration used?
