When I open an new envelope and add documents I am unable to access the usual @Send’ button’ in the right hand corner

Try to open an incognito window in your browser, login and try to send an envelope, see if the button shows up.

Also, you can try another browser. Verify if your browsers are updated.

Thank you for trying to help. I have followed this process and the system says it has sent me a code as accessing from a new device. An email arrives but no code!
