I can't create a developer account now. I clicked the button to create a developer account, but nothing happened.
I tried various methods based on existing posts, but I couldn't create a developer account.
Is there any solution?

I'm having the same problem—I can't create a Developer account. I've tried three different PCs, enabling/disabling VPN, using different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and LibreWolf), private/incognito mode, both home and work networks, and cleared history, cache, and cookies. I also tried on an Android tablet.
When I click the Get Started button, nothing happens. There’s no error message in the console, except for:DS_DRT|RES|End → fs.js:4
Any help would be appreciated!

I am sorry about your issue with creating a Developer account.
Could you please try this link: Docusign Developer Account? Also, is this your first time creating a Developer account? Other customers I've assisted with this issue found multiple Docusign accounts associated with the email address in Pending Activation, the work email address used is claimed by an Organization, or doesn't allow using the emails outside their work tools. Any additional information you can provide would be helpful.

This request still blocked by the service protection team. We don't have any better way to address this. For any sign up request, if this is blocked, could you please raise this with us, and we need to manually raise it with service protection team to review if that is a false positive. Do you have production account or still in POC stage?Maybe can contact Docusign Partner like us to open a case with support team.
