Updated Signature Not Applying in DocuSign – Stuck on Old One- Help!!!!

Hey guys. So, I cannot change my signature on a document I received. I’ve tried clearing cache, changing my signature in my profile, and using different devices, but it keeps forcing my old one. What can I do? Please help!

Note: These restrictions apply to changing signatures:

  • You must have a Docusign account to implement multiple signatures.
  • You can only have one signature per full name.
  • When you adopt a new signature, this action deletes and replaces the previous signature.
  • If you are the only signer, you cannot select a saved signature.
  • If you are a first-time signer, you cannot modify your signature after you initially adopt your signature (as described in the Adopt your signature article).

You need register a Docusign account before receive your envelope.
