Is it possible to have a signer group in CLM?

Hi, we have a requirement that a document signature should be assigned to a group where either member of the group can sign the document. The closest I could think was to have kind of a Task group but that is not possible to store in a variable. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Servesh,

You can create a Signing Group tied to a Template in eSignature. This is standard eSignature functionality. Then, this template can be used in the CLM Workflow step to bring in the Signing Group.

Thank you @Kelly.Gatling, I forgot to mention an important detail. Actually, there is an integration with Adobe Esign so Docusign Esignature template is not a feasible option. Is there a way to use the recipient group functionality of Adobe through CLM?
