eWitness feature | Community

Hi Guys.

I’m brand new to Docusign. Trying to work out basic features like adding eWitness to a standard account - how to upgrade etc. Going round in circles and have been for some time.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to actually engage with Docusign to work out how to proceed? I’ve spent money and happy to spend more, but the web support is as clear as mud.

V grateful for any pointers.
