When we send an envelope it is showing as a message from the 2 directors personally to the recipient rather than the company

Does anyone know how to change this?

Thank you for replies. It isn’t the recipient I have an issue with. The message is showing as from both me and my colleague. I need to try and change this.

Do you have a Custody Transfer set up for the sender?  Or Delegation?  Please provide additional information.

Thank you again for replying. I am beginning to think we pay need something a little more bespoke to our industry.

I am sorry I am not familiar with the term Custody Transfer or Delegation. We have two users within the firm and correspondence will come from either one of us, or the other, not both. I’ve searched your terms but cannot get anything back.

Thanks for trying to help. I don’t want to take up anymore of your time as I don’t have the knowledge of the basics.
