Thank you. I know e-notaries typically set up a notary profile and digital certificate by the email invite to join an organization as a notary. However, I already have a DocuSign account through my organization. Does my organization still need to email me an invitation to join as a notary?

Yes, your organization still needs to send you an email invitation to join as a notary, even if you already have a DocuSign account through that organization. This invitation is necessary for you to set up your notary profile and digital certificate. After receiving the invite, you must accept it and create your notary profile in DocuSign eSignature to proceed.
