Update Email Domains in Templates When Organization Domain Changes

Our organization recently changed domains. This caused all the Docusign issues mentioned in other ideas, but another problem we had was that people’s email addresses in templates did not update. We had to quickly go in and edit thousands of template recipients to prevent future envelopes from going into ghost accounts.

It would be beneficial to every organization that does a domain change if changing the domain of a user’s account also changed every reference to that account in existing templates. It will save time for both clients and customer service reps by reducing the calls they get related to domain changes (which they have informed me are many).

Thank you very much!

Hi,

I think this issue is more common than is being let on in the community. Most people will simply switch to a competitor instead of doing your product development for you.

Please let us know when this is fixed / updated / developed as we are waiting on this feature.

We also found out the hard way that this issue impacts signing groups as well.
