DocuSign has significant limitations when it comes to text boxes allowing for a lot of text. I have unselected “Fixed Width”, but if someone types a lot of text into a text box, it will get cut off to only show that which fits to the size of the text box. One solution that Adobe has figured out in their fillable forms is a scroll feature within each textbox.
Please explore this option as the only alternative that people are using is to attach a separate document to their DocuSign, at which point, I’d prefer them just complete it via Word.
