Shared envelope access enhancements

Shared envelope access is time consuming for administration: 

• We can add/remove shared access on an individual user, we would like to be able to upload changes in one step.

• There is no current easy way to get a list/report of all of the user accounts that have shared envelope access and what type of access they have
  • Allow to Manage on behalf of
  • Allow to Edit on behalf of
  • Allow to send on behalf of 

Could an admin report be made available to export a list of accounts that have share envelope access? 

Could an improvement allow a list of people to added and removed for share access?
