I have been using PowerForms for almost a decade and the change to require full DS Admin access to change the sender of a PowerForm seems misguided. There is already a PowerForm Admin role to be used.
This change in September 2025 has broken my ability (and I suspect many others around the user base) to simply create a PowerForm, change sender to one of my agents, and be done. Now I can’t do it an my administrator should not be bothered every time I create a form requiring change sender.
Please just add a checkbox to PowerForm administrator that the DS Admin can enable so I can change sender. After all, it’s called PowerForm Administrator but you can’t administrate now.
