Thank you for your response.
We understand that restricting access to Advanced Envelopes by user group is not currently supported. However, we believe this functionality would be highly valuable for organizations like ours that manage users with different envelope usage needs.
Being able to assign access to Advanced Envelopes only to specific users — while the rest continue using standard envelopes — would help us control costs more effectively and ensure proper usage in line with internal policies.
We kindly ask you to consider this as a feature request for future development.
Please let us know if there’s a way to escalate this internally or track its progress.
