We have been using DocuSign for many years while operating on vertical computer monitors. We haven’t had any issues with DocuSign text boxes when entering the recipient’s contact information until now. Since DocuSign's recent changes to its appearance, the text boxes for recipient name and email address aren’t large enough to show all of the characters we are entering, and require us to zoom out to 70% or more if we want to verify the full name and email address are correct. This is an inconvenience when trying to confirm the name and email addresses are correct since we will constantly have to zoom out our web browser just to check those items. As mentioned, this is a new issue, and previously, the text boxes were long enough using vertical monitors to avoid this issue. I’ve worked with DocuSign support on this, and they have no answers except to continue zooming out or to post in the DocuSign Community center, which I've resorted to now. If the department in charge of web page functionality could review the user's view while working on vertical monitors, that would be greatly appreciated since this issue does not occur when using a traditional, horizontally-positioned monitor, per DocuSign support.
