I created a Powerform Template that I could post on our company intranet page for use by many other staff members. It is those staff members who are “launching” the form and sending it to recipients however it is my name that is referenced on the automated emails from docusign to the recipients since I “created” the template. Unfortunately, this causes issues because the people who receive the form, are reaching out to me with questions, when those questions should be addressed by the person who is actually sending them the form. If there was a way to modify this so it doesn’t look like “I” sent the forms out, that would be incredibly helpful and less confusing for the people who are receiving the forms. In our case, these forms are sent to residents (older humans) and seeing that a random staff member (IT Leader) is sending them a form rather than a member of the social services team they are familiar with, makes them question the validity of the form and causes unnecessary frustration on their side, and on mine when I get calls about forms I did not initiate. Something to enhance this process would make these forms much more usable.

Thanks so much for your idea, @Amber0318. After review, we found that this request can be accomplished using existing features within Docusign.

You can get more details on that here: Change the PowerForm Sender
