Users need the ability to do bulk sending of envelopes via templates while utilizing shared access. This allows the company to setup generic email addresses (HR for example) and then utilize that HR account to send bulk items for signature, thus preventing recipients from directly seeing the sending individual’s email and data. The workaround of transferring envelopes still reveals the personal data of the individual performing the bulk sending, thus is not viable.
Ideally, the feature would check on permissions both from the shared account and the initial sending account, but if only the shared account permissions are checked that would be workable.
