Our Spanish team have to put their documents through an internal approval before going out to the attorney for signature. When they set approval and the internal persona approves it then the attorney signs the summary document shows the approval as complete only so there is no way of the auditors knowing that the document was approved and then signed. I have asked Docusign support if there is a way of changing the wording on the summary document so when an approve field is put into a document and approved the summary shows that field as APPROVED or REJECTED NOT complete.
