Provide a solution for merging or combining two Docusign accounts. This feature is critical for users who have undergone domain changes and need to consolidate accounts to retain old account templates and resolve SSO login issues.

This is a great idea, and many of our customers have expressed the same need. The ability to merge or combine two DocuSign accounts is critical for users who have undergone domain changes and need to consolidate accounts to retain old account templates and resolve SSO login issues.

We hope that with admin permissions for both accounts, it would be possible to merge them seamlessly.

We would love to see this idea implemented. Our recent domain change resulted in envelopes being sent between two accounts per person, which had a large organization impact. The best solution we came up with was activating both accounts and setting one as the delegate for the other, but double accounts is cluttering contacts and some envelopes were lost. The wonderful support rep we worked with says that this split domain/account issues causes a lot of overhead on their end as well.
