We are using Docusign for the enrolment contracts of an EdTech company and our clients go to read and sign the contracts using the generated URL accesible via the “Review document button”
We would like to know if by any chance would be possible to add the “no translate” option to this generated URLby Docusign so that anything on the contract cannot be translated.
We are offering contracts in the language of our clients and they are done using templates and docgen, what is happening now it that if the client has the browser translator active names of people and other concepts as relationship that has possible values “mother/father, grandmother/grandfather” are translated sometimes wrongly and cause avoidable complaints.
